“ In some corner of your life, you know more about something than anyone else on earth. The true measure of your education is not what you know, but how you share what you know with others. Kent Nerburn’’Share experience with others,,,
On last week seminar our classmate girl shared her experience with others. She taught us how to make pen case by clay. We made our own kind of pencase. When I was making case by clay I felt like I arrived in my childhood life. Because Everything was so colorful and everyone was so happy when they were making. We made animals and some decorations what we want and like. Actually I have never think about that master students have that kind of class.
It was very interesting and creative class I have ever had here. I think after last class everyone was so satisfied and motivated. Now we all have an our handmade pencase.
In my opinion sharing knowledge with others is best way to keep lifelong learning. In Wikipedia Knowledge sharing is an activity through which knowledge (namely, information, skills, or expertise) is exchanged among people, friends, families, communities or organizations. I think we have observed that next to writing down our ideas, knowledge sharing helps bring clarity to our ideas and thought processes. The questions that come up while sharing knowledge help broaden our perspective and widen our knowledge. And that is how you grow as an individual.
In today's knowledge based industry, knowledge is power. Sharing knowledge positions you as an expert and helps you seamlessly move to the leadership role. While you are sharing the knowledge, the listener could bring in some information that will complement your knowledge set and help you see connections and similarities between disparate circumstances.
Finally, sharing knowledge, It makes you happy and proud about yourself. Your self esteem goes up and you become a happier person. You should be feeling grateful that people are asking you to share what you know. You should be thankful to them for giving you an opportunity to let you grow in your chosen field. So also I want to say ‘’thanks so much’’ to my teacher and my classmates that you are always sharing your knowledge with me and help and supporting me everyday.
Best regards,
